Fresh Monday fresh me 😋🙈🤸🏻♀️
I decided to skip the weekend's report so I can start fresh and post the report of the day on the day lol
And like every Monday everyone likes to start fresh in something so I also decided to behave and control myself with what I eat and do some extra exercise at home.
Nothing major to avoid getting overwhelmed but from the App I used to go into runnings they also have for squats and sit-ups so I'll be doing those and keep track of them.
I finally have my scale from the mess in the garage so I can track things on my phone again and also got back into the calorie counter app for portion control and intermittent fasting. I'll just be sh
Let's see how long I will keep consistent in these!
