Hello ActiPeeps!
Mondays are known in the hotel with lots of check-ins but also check-outs. This time was mostly check-outs as everyone goes back home after enjoying the New Year's fireworks.
Only got bookings in the morning and then spent the afternoon at the reception. Got the opportunity to manually curate and comment some replies on my posts. I had a different approach on those comments as I put the effort of asking a question which resulted in extra engagement so that was a win!
Only got one picture yesterday and was from Joana. I got her yawning and the picture turned out strange ahaha

She loves to come to the spa when there are a lot of kids in the hotel and she sits on the couch in our waiting area lol she's such a lady that the other day she was kicking the pillow on the couch like "take this out of my sight you peasant!" so..well..I have to respect the elderly 🤣
