Hello ActiPeeps!

I am grateful today for being strong-minded!

It was a good day of work but I got some news that there were not as good. But even so, I kept my cool and positive vibe so my clients would enjoy their treatments.

Other things happened and if it was me in the past I would devour all the cookies from my son or whatever to fill up some emptiness that I would think I would have due to the circumstances.

Eating emotionally, if that exists, is a problem that I still have, but I'm working on it.

Today I call it a win!
