New Phone, whos dis?

Hello, ActiPeeps!

I have a new phone and still trying to setup it up to get back on track so this is the first report from it!

The day was long with a few treatments in the morning and then reception duty in the afternoon. With the intern around I use that time to check on other things on simply rest my legs a bit in the back office shhh lol

But most of the time I like to go outside and see the sun and the sea!

Of course, I'm always nearby to support her! She's much better now and in just a couple of weeks! The thing to improve at the moment would be her English, which she can handle but there are some terms that only with time and practice will come up to give that extra touch of politeness when it comes to doing good customer service!
