My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2020
Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!
Tuesday is ladies Bible study, so I headed out this morning to go. The study was good, and afterwards, I needed to go pick up a gallon of milk for @silvertop’s lattes.
Upon arriving home, I fixed coffees for us and then we headed out to put a junked snowmobile into the truck bed so he can scrap it tomorrow. Did I mention how heavy that thing was?! I’ll be lucky if I can move tomorrow-you know, the 24-48 hour rule. I also spent some time arranging a fall display on the front porch.
Shortly thereafter, we headed out for a hike with Jan. The fog had finally burned off and it was a beautiful fall day with the exception of one thing........too much humidity!! I hadn’t even gotten past the first couple of hills before I was wanting a shower, lol! 🙀
We headed on up and down in Bear hollow, I found these guys coming up. I’ve forgotten the name, but I’ve been told you can eat them. They produce a black ink like substance. Their shelf life is short. No danger here for me as I don’t like ‘shrooms anyway!!
@actifit-lamb and company was present for the hike as usual. They were playing tug of war with the fall vine I had brought along for their photo shoot. I had to take it away from them until the pics.
Tomorrow is my work ‘Monday’ and I know we are booked solid so it’ll be a busy one for sure. My waterbed is calling my name, so that’s gonna be it for now. Take care and keep on @actifit steppin’!

Well......actually, that is right side up. It is a tree that the wind did a real number on. It is resting in a tree on the other side of the trail we hike and one of these days, it's coming down! After each wind storm, we alway wonder whether or not it will still be hanging in there. It is supported on the base with just one splinter of wood about 6" if that, in diameter. We never pause under it for the obvious reasons! Thanks for stopping by @kerrislravenhill! Have a lovely night!💜
