My Actifit Report Card: May 5 2021

Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!

I’m enjoying my ‘doc-less’ days as I can work on things I might not normally get to. I’m currently working on our summer special where you get ‘2 for’ a special price. It’s usually a big hit with patients.

I came home and after a coffee, I set out to mow for 45 minutes. I felt like I needed to use a different set of muscles than normal and something a bit different than the short after work hike we usually do. I then opened up the greenhouse to exchange some air for the day.

I have no pics from today, so here’s a couple from previous activities.

I’ve got a frame rep coming tomorrow so the morning will fly by. I’m looking forward to dinner here in a bit and a spot of TV.
