My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2021
Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!
This Japanese maple tree has a name that begins with the letter B, but I can’t recall it. We just call it the Benny-Ha-Ha tree. It’s fall color is outstanding!
This Bloodgood Japanese maple also has outstanding fall color!
Today found me at work busy as usual, but without any appointments. The only thing on the docket was a frame rep who called off and a first time in the early afternoon. My back is still not as good as it should be but I decided that after work, I would take a small jaunt around the property to see how that treated me.
I found these little guys as I walked along the area where firewood is chopped.
This almost looks like some small creature might reside in the back, dark recesses!
My short walk indicates that my back is definitely not healed but I think it was a good thing to try to get out and get a little movement going. I don’t want to find that I’ve gone too far in trying to rest it; but I also don’t want to go too far in trying to exercise it either. It’s a fine line between too little or too much!
