My Actifit Report Card: November 19 2021

Hi everybody and thanks for stopping by!

Meet Clementine! She is my latest acquisition and she has a job to do! She will help keep the draft down around the front door. She’s not quite long enough as our door is custom built by @silvertop, but she comes close and will do a nice job.

Isn’t she cute?

Another day at the clinic and boy is it a bit on the stinky side. It’s kind of a mix of seriously stinky gym shoes and dog poop. It’s still pretty wet in there and it’s getting a bit of age on it. We ended up opening the back and front doors; setting an industrial fan in the hallway and opened the upstairs window. Needless to say we both spent the day working in our coats! I’m going tomorrow to move fans and then again on Sunday to do the same. The doc’s realizing it’s time to tear the carpet out. What a mess!

As you can see, @silvertop and myself went for a short nighttime hike. Jan had other commitments.

I am just glad the week is over! There will be an ongoing effort at work to deal with this flood. I’m still finding electronic power cords that don’t work and scrambling to find replacements. For now, it’s 4 glorious days off!
