My Actifit Report Card: March 21 2022 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

I read a post by @brittandjosie and was so captivated by what she had done with her pictures, that I just had to try it! This post is for you @brittandjosie!
There apparently are crystal photography balls that I had never seen nor heard of. (I don’t get out much-maybe I lead a sheltered life, lol 🤣) I was taken with the pictures that she shared, I headed straight to my trusty Amazon app and started searching. Sure enough, there were many to choose from. I opted for a two sphere set of different sizes, that came with pouches to store them in, and two cleaning clothes to remove fingerprints and dirt, and two stands. It warns that in direct sunlight, they will get hot and in fact, could start a fire, so don’t leave them out in the sun !☀️ So the first thing I took a picture of was our wood stove and stone wall. Very interesting 🧐 I couldn’t wait to go on a hike!!
We left later than usual as I needed to run to Lynden to grab some stuff we were low on. We made a drive thru run of a local coffee shop for a mocha frappe. Let it be known that when purchasing coffee I haven’t roasted myself, this is about the only place I will go and it has to be the mocha frappe. I can’t stomach their hot mochas at all! We came home, unloaded the car and then set out for a hike. Jan came with.
I knew the first place I wanted to try the photography ball at; a split rail moss covered fence near a small stand of pine trees. @silvertop was my sphere holder. I am using my iPhone SE2020 for the camera.
It took an ordinary view and turned it into something quite extraordinary! I am very happy with the purchase. Thus far, I’ve used the larger ball of the two, but I have plenty of time to experiment.

I can’t wait for spring to begin in the forest! It will make for some interesting photography!

Super cool! Do you almost want to turn your picture upside down so the images on the balls are right-side up? Those really are astounding. So pretty!
The ball turns them upside down and Mike must have said, 'turn them around' a half a dozen times, lol! I don't really want to edit it that way as then the out of focus background would be upside down! I think it adds an allure to the picture upside down. I can't wait for the forest to begin blooming! You did it, Amazon came true and I love the images. The world through a ball is a whole new world. I know you will have fun with them and I have to get my hubby to help aswell that’s a great idea I always hold the ball in one hand and take a picture with the other , your idea is better so thanks for sharing and cool that you like it aswell.
