My Actifit Report Card: April 25 2022🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

Hey everybody and thanks 🙏 for stopping by today!😎👍

Being as I had to go to work and knowing there is always a chance my boss could stop by, I elected to take a Covid test kit to work and pray a lot! My voice is mostly gone, and of the evening and early morning upon waking is when I feel the worst. No sore throat anymore and no chest stuff. Anyway, the results were negative ( thank God🙏) so that was at least one thing I could answer if asked about. I took a pic of the results which is time stamped as well, just in case I have to prove it.

So, I spent the day trying to work, but honestly between the phone and a frame rep and the internet going out ( their quickness at customer service leaves a bit to be desired), I could not-not talk! Frustrating when all I wanted was to be quiet and try to rest my voice! 🙄

I didn’t go for an after work hike 🥾today. I’m tired and the drop from summer like temperatures to more like late winter temperatures, wasn’t conducive to coercing me out. I’m hoping my voice returns and that the headache thing goes away.
