My Actifit Report Card: July 29 2022

I was glad today was Friday! I have a lovely four day weekend and am looking forward to sleep!😴
Work was busy but busier I think this time, for the doc than me. There were 3 diabetic exam only appointments which meant a no glasses order type thing. Then he had a visual field test which again meant nothing much for me. Five of today’s appointments were Medicaid and were kids. Those tend to be easier as well because there are limited frames they can choose from. Don’t get me wrong-I was busy-just not as chaotic as usual. It was a nice change for the shoe to be on the other foot! 🦶

Cot was busy chasing a frappe shadow!
He was very intense with his focus! I should come up with a catnip frappe for him ( minus coffee and chocolate).
It was super hot today and is expected to continue through Sunday. On Wednesday, they are calling for a high 30 degrees Fahrenheit cooler than today’s high! That’s a bit insane! I almost can’t imagine this, lol!
Tomorrow will be a probable hike in the morning to avoid the heat. 🥵🥵🥵
