Mum's The Word..........My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2022
Hey everybody and 🙏thanks for stopping by today! 😎👍😁☀️
It was off to church ⛪️ this morning. The sermon was good. It was a smaller than usual gathering as it’s the last weekend before school 🏫 starts for the year. I think everyone was out getting a last dose of summer freedom. Our temperatures have been perfect the past two days, but we are on track for another hot 🥵 few days again. It doesn’t look 👀 like it will be this cool again for at least a couple of weeks. 😔
Once home, we did a couple of things on the computer 💻 and then we headed out to plant the Blackeyed Susans and the Mums. I will be able to see them everyday when I come home 🏡 from work 😁 Here’s a few eye 👁 candy 🍭 pics for you.
We went blackberry picking again on our short hike. I think we picked around 4-5 pounds of them! The cobbler/pie I made yesterday is almost gone. Lol, 😂 @silvertop has no self control! However, he’s always been able to eat like that; if only I could! 😏 I may try making zucchini bread with blackberries in it. Sounds intriguing……
Tomorrow, we are going to make an attempt to go to Westergreen’s. We haven’t been that route for quite some time. Partially due to the bear 🐻( whom we believe has left the area ) and because it’s been so hot. We may have to battle giant stinging nettles which won’t be a lot of fun. Stay tuned for some spectacular eye 👁 candy 🍭 on tomorrow’s post-fingers crossed 🤞

You ran out from the one with bees
When I first put them in the shopping cart, the bees were following me; I thought maybe I'd get to take some home! One of our neighbors has a beehive close by, so we have plenty of bees here as well. I noticed before we could get it planted, the bees had found the flowers! Bees fascinate me, especially when I take a macro shot of them. They look fuzzy! Interesting......Take care my friend! !LADY
