Dog Days Of Fall?........My Actifit Report Card: November 15 2022

You’ve heard the phrase, ‘dog days of summer’, but around here, it’s the ‘dog days of fall’! I suppose it’s because we are so focused on our doggie guest that it’s hard not to think it! She interacts all day with us-almost reminding me of when my kids were little-almost!

Her human mom and dad are visiting relatives in Hungary 🇭🇺 and sent these two stunning photos of a cathedral they visited.

Stunning! I would love the opportunity to attend a service in a church such as this. I can only imagine the music and how it would sound!

Speaking of music-this coming weekend is our turn to lead worship at church. So earlier today, I pulled music 🎼 for both myself and @silvertop and set up our equipment to practice. What we weren’t prepared for was Phoenix’s reaction! It became apparent that she views a guitar as an animal that needs to be subdued-NOW! She barked and charged @silvertop every time he strummed. We struggled for a bit before I put her in her crate for the duration. Neither one of us were able to concentrate on the music 🎶 at hand, although it does seem that she may appreciate my flute much more,lol! 🤣 Lesson learned: put doggie 🐶 in crate before practicing music! 🎵 😅

We went for a hike in the afternoon. It was a lovely and sunny ☀️ day! The sunset photo at the beginning of the post is from that hike.

Tomorrow begins my workweek. I know it will be a busy one! Thanksgiving is next week already! Where does the time go? 🦃
