Unexpected🎄🎄🎄....My Actifit Report Card: December 15 2022
Hey everybody and thanks 🙏 for stopping by today! 🎄🎄🎄😎🎄🎄🎄
Thursdays are usually quiet, but today was the exception. I had first, Christine, one of my frame reps, who stopped by around 10:30. Just as she was leaving, Dawn, another of my frame reps and friend, stopped in. She always takes such good care of me! She brought me lunch from Panera, and a couple of goody sacks of homemade candy! She drove 89 miles one way just to do that and visit with me! She is a sweetheart!
My back is slow to mend this time around and also with the approaching winter solstice, there’s not much daylight left by the time I get home. Consequently, hiking hasn’t been much of a priority for me. I am missing the cold air, so I’m thinking I might give it a try this weekend and see if it helps my back at this point.
I will share a couple of leaf pics from a previous hike.

I really hope your back will heal soon. It is like forever. Have you seen a doctor? Perhaps he/she will refer you to a chiropractor. It helps at times.

My back is better; about where it was when I threw it out the second time last week. I'm hoping to get past that and if I do, I should be good for another 12-16 weeks until it does it again. At least that's what it's been doing for the past couple of years.
I try not to go to doctors unless it's absolutely necessary. I don't like it that they only want to treat 'parts' of you and not the whole package.
