A Beautiful End To The Day..........My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2023
A beautiful end to the day……..read on to see it!
I slept in just a little this morning. It sure was nice! Once up, I made a smoothie for me and @silvertop. It was an apple, banana, peach, strawberry with plant protein powder and cinnamon and allspice added. Some unsweetened almond milk and of course ice and a little water. Yum!
We met up with Jan at noon for a hike. I really wanted to go to Towhee Ridge, so that’s where we headed. Found these hoof fungi just before descending into Bear Hollow.
It has a very interesting pattern. Then, I found a nice little niche where maybe a chipmunk might could live.
Onward we hiked! We arrived at Towhee Ridge and my little hiking companion emerged from my pack. It’s @actifit-lamb!
Lambs don’t hibernate, but she did take very long winter naps this year! She was wanting to do her first hike just her and her humans.
She was very excited to go on her first hike for the year! 🐑💜
It was good to get out and get up to Towhee Ridge! Since we got done earlier in the day, we headed to the Dollar Tree so I could grab a couple items I needed. Then over to Safeway to get more fruit for more smoothies.
This next pic sums up a beautiful ending to a good day!
That’s gonna be it for now. Tomorrow finds us back at church to run sound. The guy we were going to train had a family emergency and won’t be there. Hopefully he can next week. We are leading then, and it would be easier if he ran it than if I ran it while leading worship! I’ve done it before……..😁

I am interested to the smoothie, the fruit combination is unique for me, but it sounds delish hehe. Anyways, lucky for that little lamb, she had her first ever hike.
The smoothies are awesome!
@actifit-lamb is a well seasoned hiker! She's been hiking for the past 2 years; this makes her third and she loves it! She's just been a couch potato lamb this winter and hasn't gotten out for 2023 until yesterday. She has this huge family with many stories, so you should see her in the months to come now and again.
