Hello My Monday.......My Actifit Report Card: September 27 2023

Hello My Monday! I know- it’s not Monday but for me, it is. It was a super busy one with lots of orders and lots of folks needing extra attention. That made it hard to get and progress done. That leaves lots of orders for me to process tomorrow.

Otherwise, my day was nothing super exciting. I am hoping to cram a little VR in here shortly. I’m amazed how good I feel since starting that journey.

I didn’t get out today because of work and the weather, but did comb my picture archives for more ‘shroom pictures. I really like the detail of a ‘shroom.

So lovely and delicate; so fleeting.

These photos are from a previous hike in a more prolific year for them. It was too hot and dry this spring and summer, but I'm hoping since the rains have begun, that those dormant spores will react to the moisture and I will be able to get a lot of wonderful pics soon!

I have been doing Saber Beat as I can throw myself into it and obtain a workout. I find that after doing 20-30 minutes of it, after sitting for 30 minutes afterwards, my hip and back don't hurt; I'm not as stiff and I feel pretty good. There for a while, the pain I was putting up with was pretty debilitating. I didn't want to move. I've got a ton of games and haven't explored them all yet. Tonight, in looking for Ireland, I found some dance games and more music/rhythm games. It will take me a long time to get to everything. Love ya much, sis!🤗😘💖🌸🍁🍂🌻 !LUV
