What month is it anyway?
This was the view at Home Depot today. You could see the tops of the illuminated trees as you entered the store! I want to know what happened to Halloween and Thanksgiving? Most of the decorations for Halloween are gone and they didn’t really have anything for Thanksgiving anyway. So, it’s full blown Christmas all the way! Oh boy! 😏. I guess I’m not ready just yet, lol.
It turned into a shopping day as I suspected it would. It rained a lot in the morning and waned in early afternoon. Then just as we got home, the heavens opened up to a full blown gully washer! The only thing left in the car was a box of kitty litter which @silvertop bravely faced the downpour and retrieved it from the car. Good thing it was in a plastic bag as well, or we might have had a big lump of clay! 🙀
This run today was to Home Depot, Walmart and Winco. Of course, we stopped for a coffee along the way. We don’t really eat out much, but we do like our coffee! ☕️
I did a VR workout and when I came out from it, the sky had that eerie green just before a tornado look. It’s not likely but still possible, to have one here, but it sure brought back memories from when we lived in Ohio in Tornado Alley!
