I Got A Phone Call.......My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2023

I got a phone call……

More on that in a minute. My day started out with my ladies Bible study. It was a good study; informative on the current situation in Israel and a good fellowship.

After I got home, we ran through our music and then I was changing out my glade plug-ins when my phone rang. It was my boss. He’s sick and won’t be back to work until next Wednesday. Oh boy, we were booked for tomorrow and Friday. So, I dropped everything to head to work to try to reschedule the patients. Two and a half hours later, I’d rescheduled 80% of the appointments. All the others had messages left asking for them to call me. One unfortunately, had an incorrect phone number, so I’m looking for the gal to show. I’m not sure how she’ll take the news.

Tomorrow is to finish that and try to schedule folks for Thursday when the fill in doc is coming. Unfortunately, he can’t take all insurances, hence the reason I didn’t schedule some of this week’s patients. Insurance complicates things.

Consequently, my hike was blown for the day. I do have plenty of pics from the other day though. Enjoy!

So, tomorrow I’ll head to work to try to work out the rest of the scheduling issues. Maybe I’ll have time to try to work on one of the fires that constantly simmers on my back burner. Thursday isn’t looking to be busy as the fill in doc right now only has two appointments thus far. It really might have been better to call it off. Oh well 🤪
