It’s Friday-it’s Friday! Boy, am I glad!
It was a super busy day at work. I delegated some little things to Yana so that I might be a little less stressed. I asked her to read through the insurance to get familiar with what they allow for frames and then help the customer pick out a frame. Then I would take over with the discussion on lenses and attributes and measurements. It did help to alleviate some of my stress. Next week is slated to be even busier, so her doing this should help some.
After I came out of the post office, I was greeted with this. I took a couple of pics from a little different perspective.

It’s still apparently ‘shroom season. They are still popping up all over the! Enjoy!😊
This weekend marks the home stretch into Christmas! Where has the time gone? I’ve got some marathon wrapping to do and not a whole lot of time to do it in.

Just curious. Do you take mushroom pictures because you find them interesting or because you like looking for edible ones?
I'm going to retire in the Nass Valley which has a huge variety of mushrooms and hoping to learn about which ones I can eat and which are toxic... right now I can only identify bolete mushrooms 😞
Maybe in time I'll figure out the lobster, pine and other edible mushrooms.
Or maybe I just take pictures so you can try and identify them 😉
I am fascinated with mushrooms! I do not like to eat them as I don't care for the taste; the underbellies are so detailed and we never get to see them, but the phone camera does! They have so many different varieties and so many colors. I enjoy all of the visual aspects of them. If I happen to discover one that's edible, that's great, but again, I just don't like them! However, it's good to know should there be a reason to eat one. Turkey Tail mushrooms are interesting as they apparently have some good medicinal qualities. Check out this movie Fantstic Fungi It is an amazing world!
