😴😴😴😴……..My Actifit Report Card: February 17 2024
😴😴😴😴…..No, I’m not bored……..I’m seriously tired! I slept until after 9 AM today. As my workweek begins on Wednesday, I can feel my energy dragging slowly downhill until by Friday night, I’m just done. The only problem with sleeping like this for me, is that I spend the day in a super sleepy, misty type feeling. I could just as easily crawled under a tree and taken a nap as to go for a hike, lol!
There were electrical parts needed and some coffee cup/syrup supplies needed that took us to Bellingham in the early afternoon. We met up with Jan in the late afternoon to go for a hike.
I found a couple pictorial treasures to photograph along the way. Here’s @silvertop taking a photo of me taking a photo of him!
The Turkey Tail was spectacular!
And, the sunset was nice albeit a little cloudy.
I’m already ready for bed,lol, but it’ll be a while before I can shut down for the evening.

I hope you get rested up! I know the feeling when you have to decide between napping and exercising. I’m just so glad the days are getting longer. That alone is giving me energy!
I have done more in the past few days exercise wise, than I've done in a while. My schedule just hasn't been exercise friendly!
