Just Hoofin’ It!…….My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2024
Just hoofin’ it in more ways than one! I’m sure if you’ve ever been by my posts, you might remember Hoof Fungus. It’s named so due to the resemblance of a horse’s hoof.
It can: be used to start fires; apparently is also a Chinese medicinal supplement; can actually be processed into a form of material for clothing, according to Google. I know about the fire starter and the fact it’s considered inedible due to its bitter taste and its texture, however I did not know about the supplement or the clothing side of it. Very interesting! 🧐
Work today was very, very busy! I’ve got a bit of work staring me in the face for tomorrow plus another afternoon round as well. I could still use 2 of me, lol!
I am tired and tomorrow’s another day.

I'll try to remember to ask a Chinese herbalist about this hoof fungus helps cure or treat. Have you ever been in one? They sure have a pungent aroma about them. I often have a pot simmering with a Ginseng and ginger tea.
