Where Have All The ‘Shrooms Gone?…..My Actifit Report Card: June 11 2025

Where have all the ‘shrooms gone? It’s not been a good spring/early summer for them despite the rain we’ve had. I think it was just too cool for them and now, we’ve jumped mostly into summertime temperatures. Also not conducive for their growth.

Consequently, I began searching my photo archives. I discovered I have over 1300 ‘shroom photos! That’s crazy, lol!

Some ‘shrooms are so delicate looking and some not so much.

Some are edible and some deadly if eaten.

If you are of mind to go foraging for them, please be absolutely sure before you take that first bite. So called experts have been known to make an error in identifying them and have paid the ultimate price.

‘Shrooms do offer some fantastic photo opportunities and have so many tiny details if you’re willing to take the time to look!
