My! What Big Fangs You Have!!…..My Actifit Report Card: December 18 2025

There’s my adorable Cot showing off his beautiful fangs! He’s such a silly boy-but then so is Cyle!

We had no doc today which made getting some work done a bit easier. What’s not easier is trying to breathe air in the clinic. We’ve got some mold and mildew going on along with a sour dog poop type smell. We spend the day with fans blowing, front and back doors open and freezing as all that moving air is cold! 🥶

My coworker is suffering some issues with the conditions as am I. I usually go to bed with a headache. I’ve noticed I’m irritable and moody. What I didn’t know was apparently mold can have much further reaching effects besides the obvious-like mood changes and irritability. 😳

I’m tired, but even after sleeping, I am still tired! 😴

This weekend has some potential for improvement. I’m not sure what it all entails, but the doc signed up at the firehouse yesterday for some volunteers to come help put things back to rights. I know there is standing water under the building in the crawl space and the insulation under there is ruined. Not sure if their efforts include the inside but a good steam cleaning needs to happen. It’s really pretty disgusting to work in that all day!

I guess I’ll find out Monday when I go in.

Saturday is also our family Christmas this year, so I will not be anywhere near the clinic! I need some space from it I think!

‘Behold, I will save My people from the land of the east
And from the land of the west;
I will bring them back,
And they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem.
They shall be My people
And I will be their God,
In truth and righteousness.’
