RE: Coffee & Actifit

I pull espresso shots and then steam almond milk for hot (coconut for cold). I add some stevia and a sugar free syrup flavor of the day's mood, and have a mocha with homemade whip cream and chocolate sprinkles! If it's cold, no whip and no sprinkles, and I've been known to whip up a mocha frappe too. We roast our own coffee, so yes, I am a coffee snob, lol!☕️☕️☕️☕️
Good job with your 5392 @actifit steps for the day! Take care! !LADY

So for the most part of the year, you have NO whip and NO sprinkles? 😩
What type of coffee beans do you use for roasting and where do they come from(what country)?
Hi there! No, I take a cold coffee to work as I have this 48 ounce insulated thermal type coffee cup and it lasts me to early afternoon.
I drink a hot one on most days and will have the whip and sprinkles for sure! I make the vanilla that I use to flavor the whip cream with from vanilla beans and am currently working on a batch that I started back in 2015. It has no additional color no sugar added. It is awesome!
As for coffee beans; I've purchased green beans from South America, Africa, Honduras, and a few others. I look for cupping notes that depict dark chocolate, earthy and woodsy overtones. It really depends on what strikes my fancy at the time of purchase.
I average 2 coffees per day except, if your counting my 3 work days and add up that big cup, it might be more like 3-4 in the end. I roast decaf (natural water process) as well as I stopped drinking caffeinated coffee most of the time. I can sleep fine after drinking regular coffee, but I don't think my heart rests.
Sorry about the book! Take care!
No problem, it was a very short book 🤩 Thanks for all the details!
