I don't think the fires will. The last documented fire for where I live that was big was in the 1800's that I'm aware of. I know a couple of years ago, we had a small one close, but it was contained. Take care @jayna and have a good night!

Good to hear! I really wish there would be a lot of rain in the west soon. We have a cabin in Northern California that I worry about. And so much first is being lost. So many are losing homes.
It is sad. I know that downed electrical lines and nature can start a fire and that's just the way it is, but if people are so careless to have fires even when burn bans are on, it's shameful. I hope your cabin stays safe! Take care!
