If only I were a painter| My Actifit Report Card: May 5 2020

Have you ever wondered about the pastel colours? Evenings are the best these days. Or maybe that’s because I don’t really see mornings. But, today it was all about to rain while I was walking.

Just before that it was this gorgeous sky. Colours, shades, and clouds. You know how some people paint with pastel colours and those art look so soothing? The sky was just like that. A lot of pastel blues, greys and oranges.

I think I have way too many photographs of today just to tell someone “this kind of grey” and “this shade of blue”. It was really pretty. Pastel colours are always pretty!

We are surrounded with coconut trees and other palm trees, I mean that’s pretty obvious when I am in Kerala. They add a lot more beauty to the scene. If I were a painter, I would be painting this sky with these exact colours, maybe not the colours that came out in the picture but the real ones in the sky.

It was a walk during the thunder and lightning hoping it to rain. But that just didn’t happen! It seems like someone is organizing a party in the sky and I like the DJ over there. The flashes of lights passing and the patterns, just too good!

I am thankful I wasn’t struck by the lightning today. If I was a painter I would have painted how those lines of light were spread, like the roots of a plant.
