My Actifit Report Card: January 11 2024

One of the highlights of today was the day out with my nephew. After the errands, we went to a cafe I took him last year and had the same things. Chocolate brownie, lime juice and other snacks.

Well, change is the only constant with time right? This time, he could eat things on his own. Taste of the brownie has also changed and the seating arrangements also changed.

Reaching 10k steps today was a big win since my knee has started to pain! I hope it gets better with time. Well, that's for the day. I hope you a very happy day.
