My Actifit Report Card: December 14 2021

Hello everyone, christmas greetings in advance...hope we re keeping up with our fitness, our diets and our entire well being, its necessary to take good care of yourself as you are all you've got so live happy, grateful and cheerful now and always....it's the healthiest way to life, making it a great combo when you exercise with the help of Actifit App.

For today i took a walk around the university campus, when the sun was down ...around 17:00, were i got see so many student engaging in different sporting activities, like the photo above, some kids (not student) playing football

also many other small groups like this playing football....(i couldnt take pictures tho)

but then i saw some other group playing basket ball....not really, just practicing the moves and technique by their coach h

..i stood for a while having a discussion with a junior colleague who was is a die hard fan of leonel messi.....
after wards i left took a long walk back home...
