I played this game with black tonight in a local tournament and although I had a clear advantage, I managed to give away a piece early on. Even so, I decided to put up a fight and hope for the best. I just played Qd4, which is part of a skirmish I had started to put pressure on my opponent, who was very short on time. How was white supposed to refute it?
