Después de varios días el entrenamiento vuelve, debe ser así porque estamos a un mes de la CCS ROCK 😇

Estas siguientes semanas debo hacer mis entrenamientos de corazón, y con mucha voluntad 🤗 es decir; que desde mañana debo hacer y ser lo mejor posible. Aunque tengo proyectos que me están cansando mental y físicamente debo dejar a un lado esas tareas y montarme en la ola de los entrenamientos.

Lo importante de cada entrenamiento es sentir que disfruto lo que hago, me siento súper bien y además estoy más saludable.

These next weeks I must do my workouts from my heart, and with a lot of will 🤗 meaning; that from tomorrow I must do and be the best I can be. Although I have projects that are tiring me mentally and physically I must put those tasks aside and ride the wave of workouts.

The important thing about each workout is to feel that I enjoy what I do, I feel super good and I am also healthier.

I started running because it was necessary to be part of Hive Run, now it is necessary for me to run to feel good, I feel very proud of these achievements, it makes me forget, injuries and any medical report that says I shouldn't run 🥳🥳 awesome.

Hoy fue un reto salir de la cama a correr, porque pasé durmiendo casi toda la mañana; algo que nunca hago pero mi cuerpo dominó mi mente 😅 salí con las ganas de llevar el carro a lavar pero no tuve suerte por ser domingo, sin embargo; el entrenamiento si lo cumplí.

Correr 6 kilómetros a esa hora fue terrible porque el sol aún estaba fuerte; pero mentalizada a correr pude mantenerme en la pista de los Próceres. A mi ritmo promedio logré 6km, debo incrementar las distancias, todavía lo tengo presente y por cumplir en los entrenamientos.

Today was a challenge to get out of bed to run, because I slept most of the morning; something I never do but my body dominated my mind 😅 I went out with the desire to take the car to wash but I had no luck because it was Sunday, however; the training I did accomplish.

Running 6 kilometers at that hour was terrible because the sun was still strong; but mentally I was able to stay on the Próceres track. At my average pace I managed 6km, I must increase the distances, I still have it in mind and to accomplish in training.
