Tenía muchos días sin entrenar en el gimnasio, específicamente corriendo en la máquina o cinta, por lo que hacerlo o retomarlo de nuevo es un juego mental con la pared de color amarillo 😅

Correr 5km es una distancia acorde para mantener a mi cuerpo informado que hay que correr, el tiempo no importa solo hay que hacerlo. Después de estar el fin de semana corriendo por la naturaleza correr rodeada de 4 paredes no es sencillo pero sí posible, y es así como realicé el entrenamiento del Día.

I started running because it was necessary to be part of Hive Run, now it is necessary for me to run to feel good, I feel very proud of these achievements, it makes me forget, injuries and any medical report that says I shouldn't run 🥳🥳 awesome.

La carga de entrenamientos en esta tabla este año está muy pobre, espero los siguientes meses poder llenar más datos de los que he realizado los últimos meses.

Por lo menos correr en el gimnasio me ayuda a mejorar y mantener mis capacidades para correr. Esto me hace recordar cuando hicimos el reto de correr la misma distancia todos los días, posiblemente lo haga de nuevo para impulsar mis entrenamientos.

@enmy te felicito por poder correr en un gym. No sé si yo sea capaz de hacerlo, porque además de la dificultad que supone de por sí trotar, estás como dices tú "rodeada de paredes". Pero lo hiciste, que es lo que realmente cuenta.
