Hola, ¿qué tal, amigos de #swc? Espero que estén de un buen ánimo y con ganas de surgir. Hoy les traigo un increíble entreno en el cual hice un calentamiento y cardio en un lugar donde me gusta hacer algo de freestyle, y este es el pabellón de gimnasia en Pueblo San Cristóbal, Táchira, Venezuela.
Hello, how are you, #swc friends? I hope you're in a good mood and eager to excel. Today I'm bringing you an incredible workout in which I did a warm-up and cardio at a place where I like to do some freestyle, the gymnastics pavilion in Pueblo San Cristóbal, Táchira, Venezuela.

Primero quise hacer algo diferente a lo actual y la verdad fue algo emocionante, algo didáctico y fluido. Comencé calentando. Hice un trote de 30 minutos para calentar. Luego me puse a practicar algo de montarles hacia adelante, en lo cual pudo decir que da algo de miedo al principio, pero pude realizar uno con éxito. Y de allí me dispuse a realizar algunos pre-inicio de combos. Esto lo hago por dos razones: la primera es que ya he tenido ciertos disgustos a la hora de tirar algo de freestyle porque me caigo, así que para mí es mejor practicar. De abajo y siendo es más cómodo a la hora de tirar cualquier cosa que para mí sea algo difícil. Hoy pude, gracias a esto, realizar un paso fantasma o transfer, o como lo conozcan, es su país, y pues para mí fue algo que llevaba rato practicando. Quiero recalcar que, por muy duro que sea algo, que no se rindan, vale la pena en serio seguir a pesar de cualquier cosa.
First, I wanted to do something different from what I'm currently doing, and it was truly exciting, educational, and fluid. I started by warming up. I did a 30-minute jog to warm up. Then I started practicing some forward riding, which I can say was a little scary at first, but I was able to pull it off successfully. And from there, I started doing some pre-start combos. I do this for two reasons: first, I've had some trouble doing freestyle because I fall, so for me, it's better to practice. From the bottom and up, it's more comfortable when doing anything that's difficult for me. Today, thanks to this, I was able to perform a phantom step, or transfer, or whatever you call it, in your country, and for me, it was something I'd been practicing for a while. I want to emphasize that, no matter how hard something is, don't give up; it's truly worth it to keep going no matter what.
