En mi caso, estuve practicando bastante lo que es el paso fantasma, que como expliqué en mi publicación anterior, se trata de pasar la barra por encima con el cuerpo en forma de L y luego volverse a agarrar. Para esto, primero estoy haciendo un gigante, que me ayuda a tener el impulso necesario para pasar por encima de la barra.
Sinceramente, este movimiento al igual que todos los dinámicos, solo requiere de práctica y perder el miedo, porque si da un poco de miedo hacerlo y más que a esa velocidad del balance, si no hay nada para resguardar, una caída sería dolorosa. Pero está muy bien ir probando más cosas nuevas y lograrlas.
In my case, I was practicing the ghost step a lot. As I explained in my previous post, it involves passing the bar over the bar with your body in an L shape and then grabbing it again. To do this, I first do a giant lunge, which helps me build the momentum I need to pass over the bar.
Honestly, this movement, like all dynamic movements, just requires practice and overcoming fear. It's a little scary to do it, and even more so at that speed of balance, if there's nothing to protect you, a fall would be painful. But it's great to keep trying new things and achieving them.
