My Actifit Report Card: March 7 2024

Right, I'm going to give this actifit thing a go. Seems better than paying for the privilege of gifting my data to a private company.

Sadly my first day wasn't especially active, just 3 walks of the dog as I cracked the skin of my feet running yesterday and wanted to let it heal before trying again.
