My Actifit Report Card: December 19 2019
Day three of quitting Aspartame and I have a frigging epic headache!😷
It feels like going through withdrawal, however, I hope that I wont ever have that crap in my diet ever again. I will miss Pepsi Max but it can go to hell.💥
I've also started taking probiotics as to rebalance my gut microbiome. Hopefully, things sort themselves out.😓💨
Beyond that, I am catching up on all the books that I planned on reading this year. My goal is to have read over 50 books, so far, I have completed 43 with another10 half-read.📚😕
By Chance, I came across this epic Star Trek TNG book which I will read tomorrow!
Also, today was the last Science Talk for Turkey. This included a prominent Astronomer from the UK and about 100 kids from two schools in Turkey. Next year I am hoping to resume projects in Syria and Iraq but I am needing to raise funds.
AS this is a fitness post, or meant to be one. I did some light cardio exercising and a short two mile walk. Today was just crazy hectic which resulted in myself being unable to do a good session at my home gym. However, I will do it tomorrow!💪
