My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2020
Monday training, wasnt much. 2 mile walk, some light exercise at home but no weights.
Tomorrow my dad goes into hospital so I've been focused on that. I kinda need my focus when doing weights.
Tomorrow I will get up early and go for a 5 mile walk just to keep my mind occupied, then maybe weights later.
