Training. 3 mile walk, and weight lifting in 10 mins. I had planned to do it earlier but life caught up with me.

Nothing much else to report, same old, life is boring under lockdown. Trying to make sure I get at least an hour of exercise each day, be it a walk, weights or elliptical machine.
