My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2020
I think that I am coming down with a throat infection or an ear infection. I have a problem with my eustachian tube which regularly gets blocked, I've started to take turmeric in the hope to fix it. However, I find that when it unlocks I get a sore throat.
Yikes!
Today's training has not been much, I just finished working 30 mins ago and am exhausted. However, I walked 5 miles today but did not do weights. I may do weights tomorrow if I get home early enough.
Not much else to report, my stray cat is being weird. I think that its trying to talk. Cats are generally weird but this one is exceptionally weird but I keep feeding him and making sure he's okay. This morning I woke up at 4am to make sure he had food before I left the house.
