Johnny Gaudreau no longer a Calgary Flame and new updates

So after all the talk from Johnny Gaudreau about wanting to stay a Calgary Flames, that whole line seems

to have turned out to be BS. Johnny informed the Flames last night he was going to the free agent market

for family reasons not money. So okay it was family reasons then why did he wait till the last minute to

tell them if he had told the team last year they could have had a shot at trading him to a team he liked,

that way the Flames would get some kind of return.

This way the team gets done over the fans get done over as most would have taken him at his word that

he wanted to remain with the Flames.

So far today the Calgary Flames have signed center Kevin Rooney threw Free Agency

Erik Gudbranson another free agent from the Flames has signed with the Columbus Blue Jackets

a four-year deal worth $16 million.
