No, they are not newcomers, but not top ranked players either.
Grigor Dimitrov is world No. 28
Nikoloz Basilashvili is No. 36
Cameron Norrie is No. 128
and Taylor Fritz in No. 39
So three of them are from the middle class if I may say so and only Cameron Norrie who is newer but after this tournament, I expect him to move up on the ATP ranking.
