A Dark Day & 🚲
Not a lot to report for yesterday. Unfortunately what I have predicted is already happening. The day started out by being dark and gloomy. Exactly what I hate and later there was raining as well. So walking was out of the question.
Let me post a flower photo from the last flower market to cheer us up.
I did my cycling training as usual. Looks like 15km daily is becoming normal now, which is good. I'd like to raise the bar a little bit if possible. There will be days when I won't be able to do my cycling but at least in October I trained myself to be consistent and do it regularly if I'm home and well. It takes discipline but it's doable.
I'm sticking to my plan as outside walkings will become less during the rainy season. I don't mind cold but rain is another matter.
