Yesterday I had to go to the post office and shopping to a hypermarket, all on foot of course to burn as much calories as possible.

I'm on the right track though, my jeans are already loose, which is great! Now I just have to stick to my plan that I've worked out the past month. Also I need to start cycling to burn even more calories if possible, just have to find time for everything.

If you're on a weight loss journey and struggling, I'd suggest you find your own pace and work out what's the best for you. These diet plans are not for everyone as we're different.
