After skipping a day yesterday, today I have been a good girl and have just reached my target. I had to go to a lab to take care of some things and this was obviously a good occasion to boost my stepcount.

It's too hot outside these days, walking is not a pleasure anymore but it is what it is and we have to act accordingly. It's almost the middle of August, I could say the end of summer, so this heat won't take long. Walking is more pleasant when it's not so hot.
