My Actifit Report Card: February 7, 2022

Yesterday was another gloomy day that I'm not fan of. However life goes on and we all have to carry on with our lives. The problem started when I wanted to leave home as it stated raining.

So what other choice did I have? I took my umbrella and went on my way. Instead of a long walk I got a short one as I don't like to get wet, but 3k steps is still something. They say we need 6k steps a day, so let's say I have half of it for yesterday.

This is how the sunset looks like from my balcony. Not in a gray, rainy day though.
