My Actifit Report Card: April 9, 2022

Yesterday I fell short, could not reach my target even though it was a nice day. Being Saturday, in the morning I went to the farmers market to buy some flowers as it's the time to clean and put some flowers on the grave.

I chose the steps again as that is more energy consuming. Next time I need to count how many steps there are as it's a steep hill I gave to go down on and up again on my way back, usually with my backpack full.

At the time of writing it's raining, so today will not be interesting, full of outdoor activities, unless I go running in the rain. Maybe next time.
