Lesson From Life - May 27 2022

Yesterday was the biggest struggle for me. I can't even remember when I felt this bad last time. It was a warning sign that needs to be taken seriously if I want to live a healthy life.

In the morning I had no energy at all and could barely get myself together. With a huge effort I managed to push myself out the door and get on with my daily tasks.

After some time I started to feel better and walked quite a lot compared to how I was feeling in the morning, so I'm satisfied with the result, even though none of the stepcounts reached 10k. For me the most important thing for yesterday was to get myself together and continue and I was able to do that.

A dog rose today, I think those are so pretty.
I have a climbing rose in the garden, it arrived by itself, probably from a seed dropped by a bird.
Sorry you had a rough time. Do you know what caused it?

Thank you for the nice words. Most likely it's stress and fatigue combined. Next week I'm going to change location and take it easy to see if I get better. Otherwise I need to visit the doctor. I'm feeling better today though, so hopefully some rest will be enough.
