Day 2 - June 7, 2022
The day started badly agan, but not becauseof me. I ended up with the police, fire department, social services and ambulance next door, which delayed all my schedule. After that, I wanted to walk off my anger (yeah, it's an ugly case), so I went for a walk, to clear my head.
It's funny how the human mind works. I did not plan to walk this much but my mind was full of other things and did not even know how many steps I had. Had my music on and it's true that if the body is healthy, the mind can handle the rest. It's not tje first time when I notice these things which is good as I can use it in any case. This is a mind game.
My pedometer is happy as well as it says I have almost 14k steps, which is a PB for me on my pedometer.
This was the other surprise. 100km walked in total, just have no idea since when but either way it's cool. This app is smart as it lets me know how I stand on a weekly bases.
After a disastrous start, today at least I could compensate the loss to some degree.
