My Actifit Report Card: November 7, 2022

Yesterday was a strange day for several reasons. My morning was busy as I was in a rush to finish what was planned and go shopping and run some errands, which I could do in time, luckily.

What was the most surprising was the weather. Yesterday was the 7th of November and was like summer, you could walk in a t-shirt. As much as I enjoy this warm autumn, it's far from normal and not healthy at all. We're going to pay for this in March or even April, which is even worse.

So I'm logging 7k steps for yesterday and sharing a photo of my flamingo flower.
