One Bad Day, One Good Day
Yesterday I was watching Rafael Nadal, world no. 1 ATP ath the moment got beaten by David Goffin. As I said yesterday, they were both good but David Goffin was better and he won. Today was a new day with new possibilities and Rafa Nadal got one. He got to play against the Australian Alex de Minaur and he won.
I've seen most part of the match, to my disappointment could not watch the third set because I had other things to attend to.
Alex de Minaur is a very talented 20 years old Australian player. He's pretty young to have won a lot of important titles but I believe he's going to be number 1 ATP one day soon. What I've seen today lets me believe he will win the world as he has the capability.
Nadal lost the first set and won the rest. When I saw the two playing today was secretly hoping de Minaur will win as he seemed way better in the first set, plus I saw how disciplined he is on the court. Knowing Nadal lost yesterday was hoping he would lose today as well. I know he's the best at the moment and has years of experience behind him, which counts a lot but the more I watch him, the more I don't like his game. Plus he has some strange and annoying habits that ruins everything.
To my surprise Nick Kyrgios got beaten by the Spanish Roberto Bautista Agut. I would have loved for Nick Kyrgios to win. Maybe next time.
Novak Djokovic beat Daniil Medvedev, this is good for me as I like Djokovic better and he is better than Medvedev.
Tomorrow we're going to have two matches, one of which is very important, Rolex quality :)))
The first one will be between Dušan Lajović and Roberto Bautista Agut. I don't know what to think. Don't really know these guys. I guess we'll see.
The second is what I'm interested in, which is between Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal. If you've been reading my post you know who I'm going to root for. I don't know who's going to win but truly hope it's going to be Novak Djokovic.
