I know... winter is not the season for construction work, but sometimes is difficult to get workers at the right moment.

It can be so hard to get any construction work done, you are lucky if they come at all. 😀

Yes. Very true. Construction workers ere very special. It's easier to get a doctor these day, or a rocket scientist...
